    OC Event Photos, Inc. was established in 2011 with the vision to serve all of Orange County's corporate event photography needs. All our photographers have multiple years of corporate event photography experience.

  • Please provide client list for similar convention/conference experience.
    Great brands that grow with us include Nestle, Red Bull, Toyota, Mazda, Disney, Google, Samsung, etc

  • Please provide rates for your services.
    $2500/day or $300/hour

  • Please indicate if there is a fee for travel. 
    Airfare, transportation and lodging is requested in addition to our normal fee for any events requiring travel.

  • Can you provide a W9 & Certificate of Insurance?
    OC Event Photos, Inc. is fully registered and insured. We can provide any documents upon request.

  • Do you have the capacity to add on a videographer if needed?
    Yes, our videographer day rate is $2500 and includes a 2-3 minute highlight recap film.

  • How quickly can you get us the photos?
    We deliver an online gallery of your event with high resolution edited images within 3-5 business days. We can also provide immediate same night turnaround of images or image highlights upon request.
